My wife bought a brand new Low Rider ST during the Sturgis rally. The bike had less than 20 miles on it and it started blowing an unreal amount of smoke out of the exhaust. Come to find out, it’s pretty common and this bike was over filled on oil. As ungodly busy as the dealership was, they came and picked the bike up and got it taken care. We could not get an answer as to what happened to the bike, but I was able to get the number of Mike Maloney. He got on it ASAP, and got my wife back on the road. Without him, we’d probably still be waiting for an answer. So thank you, Mike. We’ll be back.

Black Hills Harley Davidson took care of me!
I was on the second day of a 2-month trip to Alaska when my trusty Nightster blew up in the Badlands. Black Hills Harley Davidson took care of me! They quickly got my bike into the service garage and let me know that "she was fully cooked". I had to continue my trip, so I ended up buying a 2024 Road Glide. The sales team was awesome. Justin Duncan made sure I had everything I needed to continue my trip, including a new tour pack and luggage rack that he had the team install, even though it was after hours! This type of service shows that the folks at Harley really care about your situation and want to get you back on the road, no matter how big of setback you face. Fast forward 2 months and I am back home in Minnesota with my Road Glide. She made it from the Black Hills, to southern California, up to Alaska and back to Minnesota. It was the trip of a lifetime and without the crew at Black Hills Harley Davidson, the trip would have been done before it started! Thanks to everyone who helped me that day!

We bought our new to us 16 Street glide during the 2025 Sturgis motorcycle rally. The sales team were over the top. Our salesman Steve was the best. No pressure, answered all the questions we had. Actually reduced the price on the bike before we even had the chance to offer a less amount. Rode the bike, found a LED light not working. Steve had it fixed on the spot. At no cost. Thought for sure this was gonna turn out bad. But then it stopped charging the last day of the event. Called Steve up. Told us to take it to our local dealership to get it fixed. And they would take care of the bill. Teo weeks after getting home. The bike was fixed. Local dealership was positive that Blackhills HD would stiff us on the bill. But called them up. And it was paid in full. Hands down the customer service there is spot on. Highly recommend this dealership.

I had to stop in on our trip and get a new front tire. Showed up right before they opened and it was raining. They opened up the lobby for us so we could get out of the rain. Once they got opened up Lucas got my bike right in and told me it would be about 3 hours. We went upstairs and looked at all of the motorcycles and merch. An hour later they said my bike was ready. I paid them and we were back on the road. Thanks for getting me in and out quickly!

If you're in or visiting the Black Hills I recommend you let them take care of you.
Repaired electrical issue on my Roadglide quickly & correctly.
Then installed aftetmarket LED mirrors. Great job running the wiring internal to my handlebars & sleeving the manufacturer's grey mirror wiring inside black "tube" to hide it from standing out & blend in with my bike.
Chris (Serv Mngr) & his team were very professional & customer friendly.
Also had my bike transported to & from Black Hills H-D safely in an enclosed trailer as a courtesy.
If you're in or visiting the Black Hills I recommend you let them take care of you.
