Ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and customizing Harley-Davidson motorcycles to factory standards while delivering exceptional quality and efficiency. This role handles advanced diagnostics and complex mechanical, electrical, and performance-related repairs, works closely with Service Writers and customers to ensure accurate communication, and completes repairs within established timeframes while maintaining strong productivity. The ideal candidate has completed a factory-authorized training program or possesses equivalent experience, holds a valid motorcycle endorsement, owns the tools necessary to perform the job, and demonstrates a passion for the Harley-Davidson brand. Black Hills Harley-Davidson is looking for a Service Porter to join our team. This role plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring motorcycles are clean, organized, and ready for customer pickup while supporting the daily operations of the Service Department. Responsibilities include washing and detailing motorcycles, safely moving and parking motorcycles throughout the dealership, maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, assisting technicians and service advisors as needed, and supporting test rides when required. The ideal candidate is passionate about motorcycles, holds a valid motorcycle endorsement, and takes pride in producing quality work with attention to detail. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards expected of a Harley-Davidson dealership. Deadwood Harley-Davidson has an immediate opening for a Part-Time sales associate in our clothing and General Merchandise department.  Individuals with strong customer service and sales skills should apply.  Retail experience is preferred.  Applicant should have strong organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
