The biggest event outside of the rally happens Saturday and Sunday, July 30st and 31st, at Black Hills Harley-Davidson. 

 

It’s the Pre-Rally Roll Out which gives you the first chance to experience The Rally at Exit 55 before the world arrives. Then step inside their 30,000 square foot showroom that’s filled wall to wall with everything Harley-Davidson, with some discontinued merchandise marked up to fifty percent off!  Plus, over half of their rally vendors will be setup and open for business. Its the Pre-Rally Roll out at Black Hills Harley-Davidson Saturday and Sunday, July 30th and 31st from 8am til 6pm.
